NARS offers a variety of training delivery options to best meet your needs:
- Instructor-led - experienced faculty members teaching in our facilities or yours
- Computer based - self-paced, one-on-one training using a dedicated terminal or CD
- E-learning - online courses available through TRAX
- Distance learning - telephone or online group training
Our courses are designed, developed and produced by highly qualified experts in instructional design and employee training. In addition to our highly experienced faculty, we employ professionals educated and experienced in project planning and management, curriculum design and development, graphic design and publishing, and video and multimedia production.
Many traditional courses are presented in the classrooms and laboratories at our Johnson County Community College facility in Overland Park, KS, where we offer the most locomotive simulators in North America. When your employees work in our laboratories and simulators, they create skills in environments that replicate reality. The ratio of training for these courses is 4-to-1 laboratory to classroom.
