Taking time away from railroad and other responsibilities to travel to a classroom facility can make skills and career development difficult for your organization. Additionally, some types of training are best presented using computer simulation.

NARS has a complete catalog of computer-based training (CBT) offerings for all railroad crafts, including standardized and custom-designed programs. CBT courses are delivered on dedicated terminals. You can also access these resources at our Johnson County Community College campus facilities or at any number of field locations.
